"I was a 1ST Time Buyer!"

I went in to see if I could buy a car. Really had no credit to speak of and had been turned down at other dealerships. I called "Les" in the internet department, filled out an on-line application. Within an hour Les called me and told me "I was approved" I went in that day and drove home in a beautiful VW Jetta.! Best experience ever and I only had to put $300 Down. "I was upside down in my trade."

I saw the commercial on TV that Quality Mitsubishi could pay off my trade no matter what I owed. I called in and asked about trading my 2002 Ford Expedition with 90K Miles, I owed $5000 more then it was really worth. "Les" advised me that I could fill out a credit application on-line and look at their inventory. I filled out the application and chose a 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer. My credit wasn't the best so I was very surprised when Les called me back and said I was approved with no money down and a payment I could afford. Les was also able to save me additional money by getting me a much better interest rate than on my trade.

"2006 EVO IX no one could fix!"

My EVO IX developed a low speed stutter on acceleration. I had taken it back to my original dealership several times with no luck getting it fixed. I decided to call Quality Mitsubishi hoping to find a solution. Spoke to Justin who actually spent about 15 minutes on the phone asking and answering question. I was able to make an appointment for the next Saturday. My EVO was in and out of the shop in less than an hour and FIXED! Thanks Justin, I will come to Quality Mitsubishi for all my future service needs!
